Documents to carry for DROPBOX appointment F1 Visa Interview Waiver

In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through the essential documents and preparations required for your Dropbox appointment, making sure you're fully prepared for your F1 visa interview waiver.

1. Appointment Confirmation (OFC/VFC): make sure under Visa Priority it's mentioned as 'Interview Waiver'. Under the new portal you can pay your MRV fee online, and it will be displayed under 'MRV Fee payment'.

2. DS-160 Confirmation: carry just the confirmation page with barcodes, not the entire application.

3. Passport (current + previous): carry your current passport and any previous passport with US Visa's on it.

4. SEVIS Fee: carry the SEVIS I-901 Payment Confirmation.

5. I-20: you should carry a COLOR print of your I-20. Remember to Sign and date your I-20 before submission. Parent signature only required if you are below 18.

7. Financial documents: carry your financial documents you submitted for the issuance of your I-20, such as letter from bank, bank statement. Remember to carry affidavit in favor of sponsor.

Carry some other documents, NO NEED TO SUBMIT:

1. University offer letter: on a safe side carry the offer letter from your I-20 university

2. TOEFL/IELTS scores: English Proficiency Test scores.

3. Copy of Aadhar card or any identification document apart from your passport.

Travel tips: arrive at your OFC appointment location 30 minutes prior to your appointment timing. Cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, etc. may have heavy traffic, so plan your travel accordingly.
